Key Moves You’ll Do in a CXWORX Class

Ever wondered what a CXWORX class actually involves? Don’t worry about the name (we didn’t know either!) it just means a 30-minute core workout that tones your legs, bum and tum.

CXWORX exercises your core muscles, increasing your strength and stability. Through a combination of exercises using your body weight, plates and resistance bands, you will work your abs, glutes, upper arms, thighs and lower back.

All the moves in CXWORX have different options to ensure the workouts are challenging yet achievable, and the instructor advises on technique throughout.

You can try CXWORX as part of our Recharge, Reclaim, Renew timetable and get a free voucher to use on any class you wish. This includes CXWORX on Wednesday 11 April (12.30pm), and Saturday 21 April (1.35pm).
