Boxercise – A sport inspired workout to pumping music! Boxing and kickboxing cardio exercises are followed by a circuit with boxing inspired fitness stations. A fun and energetic class, great for improving fitness and releasing stress.
Circuits – With varied exercise stations which are used for short intervals to build mobility, strength and stamina. Experienced instructors demonstrate and coach all the moves throughout the class.

Grit – A 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve fitness fast and build lean muscle.
RPM – RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It`s fun, low impact and helps improve fitness over time. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor will take you on the ultimate journey!
Sh’bam – A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout – no dance experience required! Encouraging instructors and fun music will make you forget you`re exercising, suitable for all abilities.
Swim Fitness – Lane swimming which aims to improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness through swimming! Each session will work on different strokes, distances and pace. Participants should be able to swim 200m of front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke.
Total Body HIIT – This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class focuses on exercises such as box jumps, rope pulls and plyometric press ups and will take your fitness to the next level.
Zumba Step – Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance. It is extremely fun and fast as well as being great for burning calories!
