Take your fitness to new heights

Discover a new dimension to keeping fit with climbing at Sport & Fitness. The 10m climbing wall is elevated above reception and is perfect for beginners or experienced climbers. It has 30+ routes from 3 – 6c which are regularly changed by our climbing expert, so you can always find a new challenge to overcome.

Climbing is a great opportunity to develop new skills, stamina and strength as well as discover a new way to have fun.

Sessions

Pay and Go Climb
1 CLASS VOUCHER PER SESSION

If you’re an experienced climber, we offer Pay & Go Climb sessions so you can take to the wall and build your own workout. As climbing uses up to 80% of your muscle groups, every session will leave you feeling stronger and inspired to take on the next route.

You will need to have a valid class voucher on your account in order to book Pay & Go Climb. Find out how to purchase vouchers.

Climbing Induction

1 CLASS VOUCHER PER SESSION

New to climbing? Join in our induction sessions to discover new heights and feel the benefits of climbing. We have a feeling you’ll be putting your climbing shoes back on before you know it!

Wednesday 12pm

Thursday 12pm

Saturday 1.30pm

Please note, the induction can take up to two hours to complete. There is a maximum of four participants per instructor.

Try A Sport Climbing
4 Week Course 

With courses for beginners, intermediate and advanced level climbers, you will learn an array of climbing skills and techniques, including correct fitting of a harness, how to tie a rope and how to use the belay device.

Geo has over 30 years of experience in climbing and coaching. He competed for 15 years in indoor competitions and spent days on the big walls of Yosemite Valley, one of the most famous and awe inspiring climbing locations in the world.
