Group Training

Small group training delivers the motivation of personal training with the camaraderie of fitness classes, led by a dedicated instructor to help you achieve fast results.

Our group training timetable features some of the newest, market-leading high intensity interval training programmes from Les Mills, as well as our own bespoke classes.

With a maximum of 10-15 participants in each session, you will have individual attention from the instructor who will be empowering you to go harder, faster and stronger.

Les Mills GRIT is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, speed, power and build lean muscle. The GRIT series has three strands, strength, plyometrics and cardio, using a combination of barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to challenge your fitness. The programmes introduce exciting new exercises every three months!

Les Mills SPRINT is HIIT on an indoor bicycle for a fast workout with rapid results and minimal joint impact. Bursts of intense speed, strength and seated power training are alternated with periods of recovery so you can push past your limits.

Les Mills GRIT

Raw Power is a class focussing on applying the greatest amount of maximal strength in the shortest period of time. This is crucial for many sports men and women who will rarely be required nor have the time to produce maximal force.

Raw Strength is a class designed to develop and improve strength. Free weights and body weight exercises will be used to target major muscle groups, motivating you to push hard to achieve amazing results.
