Group Training

Small group training delivers the motivation of personal training with the camaraderie of fitness classes, led by a dedicated instructor to help you achieve fast results.

Our group training timetable features some of the newest, market-leading high intensity interval training programmes from Les Mills, as well as our own bespoke classes.

With a maximum of 10-15 participants in each session, you will have individual attention from the instructor who will be empowering you to go harder, faster and stronger.

Total Body HIIT Short intense circuit-based sets to challenge your muscles and increase fitness

Women’s Weights Learn and improve fundamental gym-based exercises including Squats, Deadlifts and Rows to tone and condition

Grit 30 minute Circuit based workout, with short intense sets to drive the heart rate and improve fitness

Sprint 30 minute Cycle based workout, with short sets of Strength, Power and Speed work with minimal recoveries
