Whether you want to release your inner athlete, support with recovering from injury or if you simply thrive from one-on-one training, you will be cared for by an industry leading expert who can show you how to get the best out of your mind and body.
You will have an initial one hour session where you will meet your trainer, create your programme and go into the gym to begin your workout. Together you will focus on the intensity of exercise, breathing practises, correct posture and technique.
Your trainer will also guide you into how to conduct effective stretching at the end of every session to prevent injury.
After the initial hour, your trainer will arrange another session whenever is convenient for you. This session will build on your programme and exercises as well as monitoring progress.
