Junior Classes

Discover our timetable of activities to keep juniors full of laughter and life this summer.

These Pay & Go activities are currently only available to junior swim members. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Classes

Parent & Child Yoga
Ages 0 – 4

A gentle yoga session aimed at both parent and child. It is the perfect opportunity for you to relax and bond with your child in a welcoming environment, whilst helping to release stress and tension in the body. Yoga will also help to improve your child’s self-awareness, balance, co-ordination and motor skills.  Recommended that parents of babies (0-12 months) bring pillows/blankets to lie on.

Junior Yoga

Teen Strength Training
Ages 14-17

This introduction to structured exercise within a small group environment aims to improve physical strength and fitness. Classes feature free weights and functional exercises such as squats, box jumps, deadlifts and core exercises.

Juniors 14+ may attended the class unsupervised.

Gym

Junior Jiu Jitsu
Ages 6-17

Have fun whilst learning the ancient defensive martial art of Jiu Jitsu which helps to increase fitness, improve co-ordination and build confidence.  This class is the perfect way for juniors to make new friends and impress others with their jiu jitsu skills!

Juniors 6-13 must be signed in and out by a parent / guardian and the parent / guardian must remain within the Sport & Fitness club for the duration. Juniors 14+ may attend the class unsupervised.
