Aussie Rules

Aussie Rules is a fast paced, physical game. Many say the sport combines the athleticism of basketball with the hits of rugby and the skills of football. You can be tall or short, a sprinter or a marathon runner, there is a position for you in Aussie Rules. We play regular games throughout the year against clubs across the country. We also have a unique rivalry with the UoB Gaelic Football club against whom we play an annual International Rules fixture.

Members of the club have gone on to win AFL London Premierships, represent England, Wales and Great Britain. There are several alumni of the club currently playing club football in Melbourne. Most of us play for the love of the game the great social side of the club. We love a sports night and go on an annual tour (previous editions have been to Newcastle, Prague and Cardiff.) Come down on a Wednesday and say g’day! You won’t regret it!
