We aim to provide high quality and fun training along with regular socials. Currently we have teams competing in BUCS Northern Premiership and Midlands 3A. We also have a development team that compete regularly for those who are new to the game.

Facts about UoB Women’s Rugby Union

Many of our girls who have never played Rugby before coming to Birmingham are now playing for our 1st team and other clubs outside of University. If you want to try a new sport and be part of a great team of girls then this is the sport for you!

Please note that on top of the club fee there is a £16 fee that covers personal accident insurance when training or competing for the University, access to free cross-training sessions such as circuits and yoga, as well as a contribution to the costs of affiliation to various national governing bodies.  This fee is only payable once so if you did decide to join a second club then you would not need to pay a second fee.
