De-Stresstival

Taking time out to relax, doing the things you enjoy and giving your brain a chance to rest is absolutely vital during the exam season. In partnership with the Guild of Students, and as part of their De-Stresstival campaign, we are offering all University of Birmingham students the chance to take part in a variety of sport sessions and group exercise classes for free!

For the majority of the sessions you do not need to book, just turn up and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

Where spaces are limited, please log into your Sport & Fitness account or visit Sport & Fitness reception to pre-book and secure your spot.

Remember, Student Services are there to help if you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed during exams. Guild Advice & Student Mentors have put together some really handy exam stress tips and information on Extenuating Circumstances.
