Tone Up

Toning up includes exercises designed to sculpt your body and strengthen muscles.

Benefits of being toning up includes:

Classes are available via pay & go vouchers or inclusive membership

Recommended classes

Abs Tone : A class that focuses on strengthening and toning exercises for your mid-section using your bodyweight and resistance equipment.

Aqua Fit : Combines the benefits of moving in water with a challenging interval-based class to help you get fitter and tone all major muscle groups. This 45 minute class is perfect for all ages and abilities, also suitable during pregnancy.

BodyPump : The original barbell workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using squats, presses, lifts and curls, all to great music!

Circuits : Includes varied exercise stations which are used for short intervals to build mobility, strength and stamina. Experienced instructors demonstrate and coach all the moves throughout the class.

CX Worx :  This class guides you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers.

LBT : Sculpts and tones your body using equipment, light weights and body weight exercises, targeting the legs, bum and tummy – a great class for beginners or those wanting a low-medium intensity workout.

Pilates : A great class for strengthening the deep core muscles in your back and stomach, using breath to increase the intensity. The class is perfect for those recovering from injuries and for improving overall wellbeing.

Swim Fitness  :  Lane swimming which aims to improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness through swimming! Each session will work on different strokes, distances and pace. Participants should be able to swim 200m of front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke.

Tone : LES MILLS Tone is a mix of cardio, strength, and core for a complete workout. It has a mix of exercises using resistance bands and optional light weights. Suitable for beginners or those wanting a low-medium intensity workout.

Upper Body Conditioning : Upper body conditioning session, focusing on shoulders, back, arms and abs.

Zumba : Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance. It is extremely fun and fast as well as being great for burning calories!
