Gym Group Training
Gym Group Training
Available to members at Sport & Fitness – both student and non-student- who have classes included in their membership(inclusive memberships).
Gym Group Training are 30 to 60-minute sessions programmed to add variety and all-round body conditioning to your workouts. Different from group exercise classes, Gym Group Training is designed by personal trainers using cardio equipment, free weights, bodyweight and flexibility exercises.
Gym Group Training must be booked online in advance, you cannot book at reception or attend without an advance booking.
Gym Group Training sessions are not currently available on Pay & Go.
What is Gym Group Training?
Duration = 30-60 minutes
Strength, body conditioning and HIT training using:
- SkiErg
- Rowing Machine
- Airdyne Bikes
- Free Weights
- Bodyweight Exercises
- Resistance Exercises
Gym Group Training Timetable
All GGT classes take place in Studio 2, on the second floor of Sport and Fitness.
This timetable and designated instructors are subject to change. Classes will be updated on the booking system weekly. You can book via the website or the UoB Sport & Fitness app from seven days in advance, up to five minutes before the class start time.
