UOB Sport & Fitness’ pool is only accessible to those with a membership.

Temporary Swimming Pool Timetable

  • Monday to Friday: 6.00am to 10.00pm

  • Saturday to Sunday: 7.00am to 8.00pm

In addition to length sessions: General (unstructured swimming area)

  • Monday: 6.00am to 9.00am, 11.30am to 12:30pm, 1:30pm to 10.00pm
  • Tuesday: 6.00am to 7.30am, 11.30am to 12:30pm, 1.30pm to 7.00pm, 8.00pm to 10.00pm

For Juniors 8 to 13

Competence tests are designed for strong swimmers aged 8 to 13. Upon completion, they may swim without a guardian also being present within the pool (supervision is still required on poolside) or will not be counted within the maximum of directly supervised children. If you are able to accompany juniors within the pool, a competency test is not required, subject to ratio rules. Please see the booking form for more information.

Pool Guidelines

Off Peak Times

Weekdays: 6.00am – 11.30am; 1.30pm – 3.30pm; 8.00pm – 10.00pm

Saturdays: 7.00am – 8.30am; 1.00pm – 8.00pm 

Sundays: All off-peak

Please note, off-peak entry is up to 20 minutes before off-peak hours end. Off-peak hours may be adjusted on Bank Holidays and University Closed Days.

Swimming Lessons

4.00pm – 6.15pm

Lessons take up approximately 50% of the pool, lane swimming is still available during this time in both the deep and shallow pools.

50-metre Sessions

50-metre sessions are for competent swimmers only. You must be able to swim for at least 50-metres without stopping.

If juniors would like to attend a 50-metre session, they must complete a competency test with a Duty Manager first. These do not need to be booked in advance, please request it at reception when you arrive.

General Lanes

These lanes are set aside during lane swimming sessions for those who are less confident swimmers, or juniors. 

You may do other activities in general lanes such as aqua-jogging, but please be mindful of other swimmers around you.
