Intro To Water Confidence

Water Confidence is here for complete swimming beginners and those looking to gain confidence in the water by learning the basics. Its an excellent opportunity for those with no swimming ability. 

Try a new class

Intro To Body Pump

A 30 minute class covering equipment setup and short tasters of all ten tracks in a typical Body Pump class. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to check their technique. 

Intro To Indoor Cycling

A 30 minute introduction covering bike set up, a warm up, riding positions, understanding the bike settings. Perfect for anyone new to indoor cycling or wants to get the most out of cycle classes.

Intro To Tone & Stretch

A 40 minute low impact class, perfect for anyone new or returning to exercise. Uses a range of bodyweight exercises and light hand weights to covfer key movements such as squats, lunges and stretches. 

Intro To Yoga/Pilates

A 30 minute class covering key techniques from Yoga and Pilates. Ideal for beginners, or anyone wanting to get the most out of holistic classes.
