SUMMER JUNIOR ACTIVITIES AT SPORT & FITNESS
Discover a world of sport this summer at Sport & Fitness with our indoor and outdoor sports sessions for juniors. Build your child’s confidence in the pool with 1:1 Swimming Lessons and Distance Award Swimming Lessons.
Classes for juniors 14+
Juniors age 14+ can attend selected classes on the timetable unsupervised. Under 14s are not able to attend classes on the main class timetable.
All classes are taught by qualified, experienced and friendly instructors for a full range of abilities.

Discover the ancient defensive martial art of Jiu-Jitsu which helps to increase fitness, improve coordination and build confidence.
Juniors 6-13 must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian. Juniors 14+ may attend the class unsupervised.
Climbing Taster Session
Suitable for ages 7 – 16
An informal session designed to give juniors their first experience of indoor climbing, grow their confidence and have fun.
Junior Climbing Club
Suitable for juniors 8+
These weekly climbing sessions, delivered under expert guidance from our climbing instructors are a perfect way to make new friends and build confidence whilst exercising!
All equipment is provided, and please ensure juniors wear close fitting footwear such as trainers.
To attend climbing club, please purchase junior class vouchers. 1 voucher = 1 climbing session.
1 class = £7.10 (valid for 15 days)
10 classes = £70.00 (valid for 6 months)
20 classes = £120.00 (valid for 6 months)
40 classes = £218.00 (valid for 12 months)
60 classes = £297.00 (valid for 12 months)
At Sport & Fitness, we believe swimming isn’t just a sport, it is also a vital life skill. Learning to swim as a child means that not only do you learn this skill early, you then have a lifetime to enjoy the health and fitness benefits of swimming.
Intensive Swimming Lessons
Available to junior members and non-members
Intensive swimming lessons run during school holidays and offer one swimming lesson per day for a week to improve juniors’ swimming skills in a short space of time.
Individual days and weeks full of fun activities during Easter and Summer School Holidays. Further information on our next Junior Sports Camp will be released in due course.
