Sport Psychology

Psychological factors have been shown to play a major part in sport performance, well-being and consistency, and here at the Performance Centre, we aim to maintain balance and prepare athletes, squads and coaches to perform their best continuously.

Utilising a variety of theoretical approaches such as the Psychological Characteristics of Developing Excellence (PCDEs) as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), research and expertise is always at the centre of what we apply.
