We know that taking the first step to starting the Summer of YOU may be daunting, which is why we have created a dedicated timetable, just for you. These classes are perfect for those of you who are looking to get back into exercise or are wanting a beginner level class.

 

Classes are available to members for FREE to those with classes included in their membership – whatever your membership, whatever the time – and available on pay-as-you-go for £4.
