Level Up Workshops
Group exercise is perfect for anyone and everyone, whether you want to compliment your existing routine with some additional flexibility, cardio, strength or fun, or are aiming to get back into regular exercise.
Our Level Up Class workshops are tailored to you and geared up to provide you with all of the set-up, confidence, skills and technique you need to get the most out of the entire class timetable.
Now live and bookable via the Sport & Fitness app under the Level Up icon, our exciting new ‘Intro’ sessions include:
Intro to Indoor Cycling
A thirty-minute class covering bike setup, warm up, riding positions, understanding the screens and bike settings, cool down and stretches.
Intro to Body Pump
A thirty-minute class covering equipment setup, with short 1-2 minute tasters of all 10 tracks in a typical 1-hour Body Pump class. Also includes relevant cool down and stretches.
Intro to Yoga & Pilates
A thirty-minute class covering some key technique from both practices. Ideal for beginners, or anyone wanting to get the most out of our holistic classes.
