Junior Swimming Lessons

Swimming is a key life skill, that we want to support all of our juniors in developing, no matter the age they begin.

We provide fun and engaging lessons that help to build your children’s confidence and techniques in the water. Following the Swim England Learn to Swim pathway, the lessons are designed to reward all for their development of essential aquatic skills in order to be confident, competent and safe.

  • Swimming is the only sport which can help to save your child’s life.
  • The ability to swim is an essential life-saving skill. It’s important to remember that children who appear water confident are not always competent swimmers.
  • Swimming is lots of fun for people of all ages and children especially love getting in the water and enjoying themselves.
  • Swimming keeps your child’s heart and lungs healthy, improves strength and flexibility, increases stamina and even improves balance and posture.
  • Children of any age or ability can take part and it is more accessible for children with additional needs.
  • Swimming provides challenges, rewards and accomplishments, helping children to become self-confident and believe in their abilities
  • Your child will have plenty of opportunities to make friends
  • Learning to swim also opens the door to a range of other activities. Such as: Kayaking, Canoeing, Surfing, and Scuba Diving.
