We have 3 mixed ability teams, making joining Eagles a great opportunity to play Hockey, meet students across all years groups and become part of a friendly community!

We have post training socials on Thursdays and attend Sports Night and sober socials throughout the term.

Anyone can join Engineering Eagles, though we do mostly cater for students within EPS. If you can't find a Campus League Team for your degree or wish to join with your friends, feel free to come and join us!

Econ Hockey

Econ Hockey are an inclusive, fun-first hockey team who have a wide range of degrees (you do not need to do Economics!) and abilities - we have players who play in BUCS, as well as people who have never played Hockey before.

We have socials on every Wednesday and have our yearly Econ Hockey Tour, which has taken us to Lisbon and Budapest.

We have been nominated for Campus League Team of the Year in 24/25 (where we won!) and in 25/26, so come and join us!

11-a-side and 6-a-side Football: We're the unbeaten champions of the Wednesday 11-a-side last season and the Winter league 6-a-side winners.

Join us for at least two 6-a-side and one 11-a-side teams to get involved with, as well as Birmingham's best Wednesday night socials (as voted for at the Guild Awards). All abilities and degree subjects welcomed, trials in late September.

11-a-side and 6-a-side Football: Kinvig football are a fun but competitive team playing in the campus leagues, offering 6 a side and 11 a side opportunities to players of any ability.

We are open to players from any course despite being the official football team of the School of GEES. We have also had great success in campus leagues over the past few years!

6-a-side Football: LANS Sport offers a netball and 6-a-side football team which compete weekly in campus league matches, and also hold weekly netball training.

We welcome players of all backgrounds and abilities to join us for a bit of fun on and off the court/pitch!

Kinvig Netball is a fun and social campus league netball team. We welcome people of all abilities across the School of GEES and beyond! We host weekly training sessions; play matches every Sunday, host weekly sports night pres and hold regular sober socials too.
