If you’re looking to gain some more confidence when getting started or wanting to try something new, then our Intro To sessions are perfect for you. 

With sessions in the gym, pool and in our classes, an Intro To session will teach you the basics in a welcoming and supportive group environment.

Level Up Workshops

Led by our in-house experts, our Level Up Workshops have been designed to support you in maxmising your workouts. 

Whether its elevating your gym technique, perfecting your form, enhancing your swim stroke or you’re just looking to gain new skills, these workshops can help you to do just that. 

Taking part in the gym and pool, these expert-led sessions can help you to maximise your workout and enhance your fitness regime.
