Campus League

Enter a team made up of friends, course mates or hall friends into our fun, competitive, weekly leagues that all take place on campus.

The University of Birmingham offers a fantastic opportunity to get involved in football amongst our 5 teams. The club has been fortunate enough to play under the excellent management of Chris Bradley, who has previously worked with the likes of Aston Villa, Wolverhampton and the Australian national team at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Training three to four times a week with a game every Wednesday, the club takes it very seriously. This has helped to maintain a cohesive, friendly and competitive environment, giving each person the opportunity to improve as a player and a person. With the introduction of Saturday football next year, there are now even more opportunities to get involved and compete at a very high standard.

In total we have five men’s teams, three of which compete in BUCS; Midlands Tier 1 Division 1a, Midlands Tier 2 Division 2b and Midlands Tier 3 Division 3b. We also have two men’s development teams.

If you are interested in joining UoB Football, please attend Sport & Fitness fair in September to meet members of the club to sign up for trials. It is a great opportunity to speak to those already involved in the club and ask questions. You will be able to fill in your contact details and pay a £10 fee for trials.

Any players looking to play for the 1st or 2nd team, who are currently or have recently played at a high level of football, please contact us for the chance to be invited to pre-season with the squad.
