British Junior Open Squash Championships in full swing
We are excited to have been selected as a hosting venue for the British Junior Open Championships again this year.
Kicking off on Thursday 2 January 2025, we’ve already welcomed hundreds of incredibly talented junior squash players and their families from across the globe into our facilities.
Yesterday, BBC Sport caught up with CEO of England Squash, Mark Williams ,who said:
‘It’s an exciting time for Squash, and the British Junior Open is a great opportunity to highlight our junior talent at an international scale.’
The team also spoke to England’s Ali Khalil after he was promoted to top seed yesterday:
‘I’m really happy to have been promoted to top seed, and hopefully the pressure won’t affect my performance’.
Across the weekend we will see our spectator numbers continue to grow as the British Junior Open progresses towards the finals, taking place on Monday 6 January 2025.
